Women in freight: time to shatter preconceptions.

The freight sector’s growth has been undeniable, but the narrative of male dominance doesn’t tell the whole story. Beyond the traditional male-dominated roles, women have been making significant strides in finance, marketing, human resources, and various other structures that underpin this thriving sector.

“Change is happening right now,” says Ilodi Ras, one of two female managing directors at Forte Supply Chain Solutions. “Women have so much to offer in this industry, and it’s high time that we shatter these preconceived notions and showcase our potential.”
