Beyond the traditional male-dominated roles, women have been making significant strides in finance, marketing, human resources, and various other structures that underpin this thriving sector.<\/p>\n<p>\"Change is happening right now,\" says Ilodi Ras, one of two female managing directors at Forte Supply Chain Solutions. \"Women have so much to offer in this industry, and it's high time that we shatter these preconceived notions and showcase our potential.\"<\/p>\n<p><span>\"Not only that, but we are seeing more awareness and initiatives encouraging new skills into the sector \u2013 and a younger demographic than before.
